In this episode Rian gets a call from Julius who informs him that some Vice Kings are getting together to go over rigging some sports games. Julius doesn’t like this and sends Rian to make sure none of them leave the garage alive.

This stronghold is easy in my opinion. Despite Julius saying to kill the Kings your target is their cars however you’ll most likely be mowing down the Kings anyway in the process so it works. After destroying all the cars you’ll get a notification that one remains on the roof get in a car if you aren’t already and drive up to the roof. A chase is going to ensue.

I’m replaying these missions through the Movie Theaters found throughout the game that lets you replay missions strongholds and cut scenes hence having the money I do as well as the weaponry.
